Before building Axon Impact, I co-founded and led four financial institutions in Mexico: from designing microcredit products from scratch to managing regulatory risk directly with Mexico’s CNBV, integrating acquired microfinance companies, and restructuring executive teams under performance pressure.
This operational foundation is what makes Axon Impact different. When I evaluate a candidate for a CFO, CTO, or CEO role, I am not applying a generic competency framework — I am drawing on a decade of sitting in those chairs.
